I notic that modertator of forums can edite and remove visistor message
how I make it just for admin group ? "usergoup 6" only

This is a moderator permission.

AdminCP -> Forums and Moderators -> Show all Moderators -> Edit
and adjust the Visitor Message Permissions

You will have to do this for each moderator for each forum they are a moderator of.
