navbar link removal and move

Right now even though I am logged in I still see the registration link in the navbar. How do I remove this? Also I want to Move User CP link to just before Log Out link. Where do I do this?

If you have never customized the navbar template, then setting this option should remove the Register link for logged-in users.
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Allow Multiple Registrations Per User: No

If that doesn't remove it, then you have edited the navbar template and broken the conditional.
You should revert your navbar template or compare the original to your custom version and replace the correct code to display the Register link appropriately.

Additionally, to move a link, edit the navbar template and move the appropriate code to where you want it to display.
