That is a generic database connection error. That either means the information in your includes/config.php file is wrong (contact your host to verify the correct info) or if the error is intermittent then it might mean the database server is having uptime or connectivity problems (contact your host).

I own my server, but i don't really have experience in linux.
so what should i do to fix this?
