IP hostname blocking instead of IP

I've got a user that is using TOR to get past blocking his IP - something that was working until today.

One thing I have noticed is this guys IP may read 85.214.73.63 when I click that it brought up that it was a tor address.

So, here is my thought - can you put a hostname in the IP field with wildcards to ban that address series instead of trying to track down all 2,500+ IPs that Tor uses? So *tor* or something like that?

No, you can only use IP addresses.

You can't, but if you block this, he'll just switch tactics.
