Administrators and Moderators editing of posts

How do we show when administrators and moderators edit posts?

Their own posts and other members' posts... The time edited etc. It seems like it is not shown by default

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Show edited by note on edited messages? -> Yes
