Sub Forums / Child Forums?

How do I set this on my board..

They have created a forum called "Reviews (NO DOWNLOAD LINKS!)" and set it as a category.
When editing/creating a forum: Act as Forum (Will act as category if no) - No

They then created Hip-hop and chose "Yes" for "Act as Forum".

Then, they created "Albums", "Chopped and Screwed", "International Hip-Hop", etc. and chose "Hip-Hop" as their parent forum.
When editing/creating a forum: Parent Forum - {Choose the Parent Forum. In this case, "Hip-Hop"}.

They did that for all of the forums in your screenshot.

Try setting this:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options
and set the first three options to these:
