How to translate forums?

How can i translate the forum title and description
in two language?
And then if i change the language i will see only in the current language the title..(and description)
I have three language in my forum English/German/Greek
I have try to search in: admincp>Language & Phrases>Search for Phrases
for the title of one section but no results.

Can anyone help me?
