Arcade--Gifts--Ribbons Options Missing!

I recently upgraded to 3.7.2 and updated my site with a new skin.

My problem is that on my old skin and beforethe upgrade, everyone who is a member could see the option to visit the Arcade, give gifts, etc.

Now with the new skin, I do not see anywhere on the forum to access these.

Can anyone help?
