Activation link for AOL users?

I'm just doing some testing before making a new vBulletin site live and I noticed in the activation email sent out to new registrants that the link for AOL users appears to be the same as the default link for non AOL users.

Is this correct? (if it is then there doesn't seem much point in having it)

The URL is the same, the difference is that it has link tags surrounding it.
