White page on reply

When I reply to a post and hit send I get a blank white page.

I found out it only happens with administrator accounts. All regular imported users or new registered users are fine.

Actually <tail between my legs> it was a mod (passiveVid from vb.org) but it only messed up admin accounts.

Well, I thought it was that bit apparently it's not. It's still doing it but only intermittently and it appears it doesn't effect all users.

Any more thoughts?

Anything that is intermittent and not reproducable is from an add-on, a server issue or on the user end.

Does this only happen when you "Quick Reply"?

I have the same issue with my admin account. When I use quick reply, the post goes through, but I see a white page.
I think it only happens with Firefox.

Standard reply works fine.

It happens on the regular reply for us. It appears to only be for admins. Same here, goes to white page but the post goes through ok. No mods, stock templates, file versions are fine.

What say you support??

What I say is that posts #2 and #6 are still applicable.

You are probably right, it still appears to be a mod issue. Regarding trying to auto embed youtube videos in posts I've tried PassiveVid and AME. Both produce white pages after a reply.

What's strange is that on my site, same version vb same everything it works perfect. On our other site which is virtually identical it produces these white pages when either of these mods are used.

I know you don't support mods but any thoughts? Anyone?

Does this only happen when you are using quick reply on the last page (or only page) of a thread?

For example...if the thread has 4 pages, and you use quick reply on page #2, do you still get the white page?
