    Customer Number & Password Emails

Ok, I just sent a message to one guy, Jake Bunce, who appears to be offline already but I'm going to post it here too.

I haven't logged into the Member's Area on vb.com in a long time and need to pay for the yearly service so I can upgrade my vb forum. I found in an old email my customer number, but I can't find my password anywhere. The LOST PASSWORD email on vb.com doesn't appear to be actually sending me anything and I did it several times, I even forwarded my default email addy to a yahoo one and it still doesn't send. I even checked my server's email to see if it was locked up en que and there's nothing. So, I don't think vb.com's lost password email notification thingy is working at all.

Can a staff member msg me my customer password please? Thanks.

Yes, our lost email is working. You can use the lost password link to reset your customer password:
