ReCaptcha Issues? "Did Not Match"

The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed.

I have following instructions, using default template, and have applied for and entered both the public/private keys provided to me from reCaptcha...

I have tried everyhting, but it does not work correctly. What should I try?

If you are using vBulletin 3.7.1 and have PHP 4.X on your server then please download the class_vurl.php found in this bug report:

Upload it to your includes folder and see if the issue continues.
