Upgrade files not recognised as being part of vB?

When I ran a Diagnostics>Suspect File Versions it told me that upgrade_3610.php and upgrade_369.php were not recognised as being vB files. Why only those two? Why are all the rest okay?

(And if I was supposed to delete the install folder after installing obviously let me know, I can't find anything about that in the manual.)

They simply aren't included in the list of files that shipped with your version of vBulletin. They probably came out afterwards if you're still using a beta version of 3.7.0.

The only thing you need to delete after the installation is install/install.php
