When Im in the admincp, and I click on anything on the left side it wont go to what I selected.......it just refreshes the admincp.

i had this problem before, i guess youre running Skype on your computer and the problem from Firefox Skype xpi extensions.
If it is, try to uninstall or disable this extentions from your Firefox.
If not really help then try to Uninstall Skype , reinstall it make sure UNCHECK add Firefox extension plugin ...
