Empty rows in user table

Somehow (we are still trying to understand what happened) the rows containing username, password and e-mail from the usertable are now empty. Are there any other tables from where we can try to recover them ?

We are trying to rebuild it from logins and passwordhistory tables

Unfortunately that data is stored only in that table. The only other option would be to restore a complete backup of the database.
