VB Email "vBulletin Database Error!"

    VB Email "vBulletin Database Error!"

    Hello,

    We hosted more than 20 heavy vb forum, we have a big problem when restart server or mysql service, and this is vb email about ="vBulletin Database Error!"

    How can resolve this problem, because our vb site try to send more than 2000 outgoing email about this ater server or mysql restarted!

      You can set this if you do not want to get those emails:

      Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Error Handling & Logging -> Log Database Errors to a File and Disable Database Error Email Sending

          Unfortunately, this doesn't turn off all email alerts. As the manual states:

          Error reports about database connection errors will still be sent.
          Is there any way to disable emails about database connection errors -OR- set it so that only ONE email is sent? Because as it is, if there is a problem with the database connection, hundreds if not thousands of emails are generated in a very short time, and this is causing issues for our entire server.

              Answers?

              So anyone have any answers to this? I have logging to files on, and i still get a few thousand emails each time i backup a db, and it'll email them vs log them. I'd like to just disable them alltogether from the code if anyone knows how.
