database error

Hello
i have received this database error email from some times. what is the problem

mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Too many connections

how to solve this???

The server has maxed out the number of MySQL connections it allows. All you can do is ask your host to raise the maximum number of connections they allow.
