Subscription threads

How can I enable the subscriptions threads for users?

What exactly are you trying to do? I didn't think that was something that had to be enabled.

When a user try subscribe to a thread by email he recive an error message, however an administrator can do it without problems.

In User CP if he tries access to "List Subscriptions" recibe the same message error:

"You have been banned for the following reason: No reason
...
Date the ban will be lifted: Never"

Other thing, I've seen that all registered users don't recive email notification and in user cp panel doesn't show subscriptions when they've replied to a post.
