Login problems

I think i found the error but i didn't found any solutions

my site:

www.pc-helpforum.be

when people visit this page they can login but when they visit http://pc-helpforum.be

the message appear that they are logged in but after redirect there are not logged it.

Suggestions?
Sommething with cookies?

Your login form has been modified to post to this full URL:

http://www.pc-helpforum.be/login.php?do=login

That's why it only works with "www". You can make it so cookies work on either URL by editing your cookie domain:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> Cookie Domain

Use this cookie domain:

.pc-helpforum.be

(with the starting dot)
