    Warning: Plugins are currently globally disabled via config.php

    okay.... i need some help here... upgraded to 3.7 and running into this problem.

    i checked the config.php file and the define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); is not there.

    i also checked the options, under plugin/hook sys and checked as yes

    did some searching and found this.. but don't understand what to do.

    can't find the rebuild bitfields... but found rebuild styles... that didn't do anything.

    Please help,
    thanks

    You might have something very similar to this left within includes/config.php file.
    define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
    Can you post your config.php file and leave out all important information

              List what does not belong on your next post and then add that into config.php once you do not see another config.php file on host side.
              • You can just try this to see if you have any files that do not belong or have not been overwritten from an upgrade.
                Admin Control Panel > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions

                [Note: In some cases you may also need to remove any of the listed .xml files in the includes/xml directory.]
              • To disable the plugin/hook system completely without accessing the Admin CP options, you need to edit includes/config.php and add the following code after <?php in the next empty line:
                define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
