Upgrade from PHP 4 to 5

Hello, I currently run my vBulletin site on PHP 4, and it seems as if it would run better with PHP 5. My host has agreed to upgrade this, but I have a question before I go ahead with the move.

Has there been any problem for anyone while undergoing an upgrade such as this one? My vB version is 3.7.0. I just want to make sure before so I don't run into problems after the upgrade.

Yes, 3.7.0 will run fine with PHP5.
