Can not change username

Hi,

The new 3.7.0 have ability for each member to change their username.
How to disable this option?
I look at admincp and docs, but can not find anything about disabling this option.

You sure? An administrator can do this, but there's no feature in vBulletin that allows the user to do this themselves.

I also don't see where members can change their username.

You must have the Username Change Request MOD installed.
