sorry if this has been said did a search and came up empy.isnt the lightbox suppose to work with attachments?mine doenot how do you turn it on?

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Message Attachments Options > Use Image Lightbox

You also need to make sure you have thumbnails for attachments enabled.

I went to that, clicked the attachment, and it seemed to work, but a different kind? It might also be because you have a custom style and didn't revert your templates, which would include the new JS files and other updates to the forum.

Again, did you try a default style?
