Replacing default templates

Hello,
Over the time I have managed my vB forums I have tried to simplify the installation process by creating an importable product that does all the (minor) changes in one fell swoop.
This includes a number of template changes to the default templates which are only aesthetic (eye-candy)
Until 3.7 RC4 this worked admirably, but for some strange reason when I import this product now none of the template overwrites occur. Is this something new in RC4 or am I missing the plot somewhere.

Oops, forgot to mention that my template edits have been brought up to date (Ultra Edit/Compare => differences)

Nothing in 3.7.0 RC4 should have changed to cause this. However as this involves custom coding, the best place to ask this is in the Programming Discussions or Coder's Discussion forum at www.vbulletin.org.
