RSS for groups

Hello,
I've been searching for a while about how to get an RSS feed for our groups, which hasn't yielded too many results. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Basically I want to have an RSS/XML of the top 5 or 10 groups with recent activity.

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.
