Hey, I just moved to a new server but my MySQL database for vBulletin is 47MB and I tried uploading via import in phpmyadmin and it timeouts, any suggestions?

There are other ways depending on what features your webhost has made available to you. The easiest way to to place your sql file in the home directory of your site, then use SSH to import it, this will only take a few seconds to complete - since your database is quite small.
Or if you don't have SSH access, you could always ask your webhost to import it for you. They will use the same aforementioned method. -
It is very simple if you use a program like Putty http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/
Just make sure that you have the correct command lines from your hosting provide for the server.Comment
