How to clean up a system?

Hello.

This might not be really a vB 3.7 question, but it involves it, so here it goes.

I've had a vBulletin forum for several years now and during this time I've tried different hacks, mods, etc. So now I have a lot of files I don't need on my server, but I don't know which ones I do need (which ones the system uses) and which ones are lying there for no reason. Same goes to database - there are a lot of tables in it that my system doesn't use anymore. So here is the question - is there a way to clean up the system, to leave only what's used and what's needed?

• Removing / Uninstalling a Product

Admin CP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions
You should get the information about all your modifications and write down what file(s) or edit you made to get it to work, from over at author site.
