post error

After forum update, now i can access it only by admin user and it's the only user can be write post.
The other user when write post, come out a message saying: This post can be long then 1 caracter
but the message write it's long more then 1 caracter.
I'm go to admin VB section and i modify the option to post message, i have set it to 0 value (the minimun char to post) but give me the error always.

Make the option 0 and see if that fixes it. Someone else had the same problem.

This is the Maximum Characters Per Post setting right?

The error whos vbseo.

I have unistalla and rinstall vbseo and now work
