Moved thread is missing, how can I retieve it?

I move a thread to another section but now it is missing.

It seems to have worked, I have window opened in my browser with the thread showing in the correct "moved to" forum section.
When you go to the section from a freshly opened browser window the thread is not there.
If I try to open any of the pages from the cached page I get the message "No Thread specified. If you..."

I have ran repair/optimize tables and update counters.

What can I do?
