Moving Database Between Servers???

A theoretical question please - for reasons rather lengthy to explain at this point.

I have two installations of vb 3.6.8 on two different servers. One is two weeks older than the other.

If I dump my database on the more recent server, move the dump file to the other server, restore it to the name of the existing working database (which is the same on both installations) - will the installation on the older server now be up to date?

As per your support ticket, no. You need to restore the database to a clean db with no existing data, then upgrade normally.
