"Private" infractions? Allowing mods to view past infractions...

I have an issue with moderators not being able to view the details of infractions that were given by other moderators, in other forums (they only show up as "Private"). It seems that a moderator can only view the details of an infraction, if it was given in a forum they moderate?

This is a problem on my board because mods cannot reference past infractions to give appropriate repeat infractions. Is there an easy way to change this permission?

They'll need to be setup as global moderators to see all infractions rather than just given a forum's moderation rights.
