error question

anyone ever see this one:

[28646] EACCELERATOR: PHP crashed on opline 54 of main() at /home/fordtruc/public_html/forum/includes/init.php:42

something I should be worried about and if so what should I do. This is the first time it has happened.

That is a problem with eaccelerator. If it continues to happen, contact your host.
