Who's Online : very slow results

I don't know if it is related to this, but on my shared hosting account it takes 30 (!) seconds for vBulletin to show results when you click on 'Who's Online' on my site.

Everything else is fine, performance wise. The 'normal' use of the forum is not problematic, so I am curious to find out from someone what can be the cause of this?

It may very well be a server issue. However if you have this set to 'Yes', try changing it to 'No'.
