Opening a forum page sends a user to the bottom of the page

VB 3.6.8, patch level 2.

This just started happening, nothing was done to the site. Apparently at random, if you open a page it sends you to the very bottom of the page. It's happening on different browsers and it happens sometimes for some people and not for others. I rebooted the server (Apache running on Debian) to no avail.

vB 3.6.x is end-of-life and no longer supported. You will need to upgrade to the latest stable version of vB to get support.
