importing user/thread/forum databases into same version

I had a forum version 3.6.3 and it was messing up alot on me so I made a copy of those 3 databases and deleted everything and deleted all the tables and started fresh.

Installed 3.6.4 now and I want to import my old users and threads..
How do I go about doing this.. I've looked into impex but I think this is for different forum software..

regardless of how I'm sure there is a tutorial somewhere could someone please direct it to me?

You cannot and should not do that. You should upgrade normally. Also as per the sticky in this forum vB 3.6.x is end-of-life and no longer supported. You should upgrade to the latest stable version of vB.
