Can i open a forum where only few users can post, but everyboddy can read??

Is that possible??

I need a forum that will only serve as an info channal and only three of my users is supposed to post there... but everyone should read it??

Yes, but only by using Usergroups. Just set the appropriate Forum/Usergroup permissions here:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Permissions
