I've searched and read the FAQ's and either I'm too dumb to understand how to do this, or it's overcomplicated for the simple thing I need.
I simply want to do one of two things.
1) Add some text to the outgoing confirmation email during the registration process that states something like: "users may select to opt-out from receiving administrator messages, however we reserve the right to send occasional emails that impact our terms of service or privacy policy or of significant importance to our users."
- or -
2) Add that kind of text above to EVERY email that's sent, be it a PM, subscription, or other notification, reminding users that they have an opt-out priviledge.
For some reason, I just can't seem to find what I'm looking for, or can't get my head around what I'm reading.
