Problem with 'fetch_removed_sessionhash'

Is this a function included with VB? I am asking for a buddy. I think it belongs to a 'mod'.

When trying to visit their index page, the following error is the only thing seen......

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: fetch_removed_sessionhash() in /usr/local/www/vhosts/---url removed---.com/htdocs/includes/class_dm.php on line 1310

That's a regular vB function defined in: includes/functions_login.php
