Can't increase attachment space limit

Can't increase attachment space limit
AdminCP >User Group Manager >Attachment Permission >Space =0

I have changed attachment space to 0 (no limit) for a user group.
However, the member is still out of attachment space.
Their bar is all red and no new attachments are accepted.

Now that I have changed the permission,
Is there a counter or something I need to rebuild or update?

Check the attachment limits for all usergroups that the user is a member of. A limit of 0 will be overriden by other limits if set.
