Database Error! help...

Dear Team,

My forum is experiencing the following database error multiple times in a day rangng from 10min to hours...

Following is the error in source code:

I tried to repair /optimise the tables, but i get this error after some tables are optimised:

That is a server limit. You will need to contact your host about this.

What is the ideal value for max_questions for a forum of 30k members? Is it 90,000 or more?

I have no idea. The best option is to use a host that does not impose tis artificial restriction. Frankly it's a sign of a bad host and you will likely have many problems with them.
