This is a server issue. You'll need to contact your host about this. Here are the reasons for the MySQL server going away:

Thanks Steve, we have a dedicated server for MySQL, so this is very strange
This is the response from my Hosting:

      Hello,

Essentially, it looks like that error causes mysql to restart because of
database corruption. Can you ask your developers if they have any ideas as to
what query may be causing this corruption? I did a cursory search for the
error and found that it may be related to temporary table caching, there are
several options that could affect your situation. I think it would be a good
idea to ask your dev team to look at this before proceeding further. They
would have far more insight as to why this is occurring. Let me know what they
      have to say.

If you have any further questions, let me know.

This is still a server issue. There is no code in vB that would cause this or cause database corruption. Besides if it were corruption you would be getting a different error.
