DB Error Usercp

hello there

from 2 days ago i got a problem .. i tried everything .. like disabling hooks , reupload vb files

i can't access usercp.php
or can't view any member profile !!

i always got this error message

MySQL Error  : Table 'gamesgb_vbnew.infraction' doesn't exist

btw: i tried editing usercp.php file .. by finding " SELECT points " and replace it with " SELECT user.points "
