time problem

Hi

i am using 3.6.7 and have problem with time zone.

i change the time zone from admin vbulletin settings date&time options.

The problem is when you are not login the time is true but when users login the time changes wrongly

how can i fix this

Edit your UserCP > Edit Options > Date & Time Options
