add or remove modcp items

hi everybody
I want to create a usergroup that has modcp with itema included: Announcements, Moderation and Users but I dont want to create a supermoderator group that moderate all forums. what can I do?

That can not be done, as the Admin/Sup/Mod are hard coded usergroups. Why would you need to make what is already available now as default.
