Users Registering with Board Admin Email

Hi - We stumbled across a user today who appears to have registered for our forums using a board administrator account. The user was originally banned and then re-registered. When we looked them up by IP address, both of their usernames showed, but one had a hotmail address and the other had their e-mail address listed as [email protected]. This isn't a valid e-mail address, I'm just trying to figure out how this user got registered with this address. I don't think it's possible to change it after you've registered, so I'm stumped. I just want to make sure we're not getting hacked or something.

It can be changed after you register:
UserCP -> Edit E-mail & Password

Also, do you have these two settings enabled:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options ->

• Verify Email address in Registration
• Require Unique Email Addresses
