Chat add ons and permissions

I know that people have asked a million times for chat add ons. I currently just installed Flashchat into a new site I am building and had some questions. I would like to be able to restrict access to the chat room, preferably by user group. Is there a chat add on that allows me to do this?

not sure if this mod has it but try this
admincp>vbulletin options>Flashchat options>banned usergroups

You can find the usergroup numbers by going to usergroup and looking for the ID number of each group you want banned
