Lost Customer Number...and more =(

Hi

I know the best place for this would be in a ticket, but I can't send one because of the following problem.

I have decided it was time for me to update my forum because I'm still using version 3.6.2..

I was then asked for my customer number when trying to get into the members area. I clicked forgot customer number and it asked for the email address I used for it. I tried all the emails I could think of and it sent the customer number to one of my emails. But this email account that the customer number was sent to has not been in use for so long and now it has been removed. Is there any way I can retrieve my customer number now?

you can go to the index.php file for your forum in your FTP and it should have you license number in the top box of that. I think that i the same as your customer number

I don't believe it is. Each license/installation of vBulletin has it's own License Number... which is different than the Customer number.

Correct, they are different, you cannot find your customer # by looking in your vB files.
