I can't login to admincp

Hello,

I've problem I can't login to admincp,
when i but the username and pass it's accept but it's return me to the login page again

i change the cookiedomain from the phpMyAdmin to
.domain.com

but still no change,

That is either a cookie problem or a lack of admin access. The tools.php file can fix both problems.

Go into the do_not_upload folder in the zip file. Upload the tools.php file to the install directory on your server. Run the tools.php file in your browser and select the options to reset the cookie domain and cookie path. Then run the option to reset admin access for your user. That should fix this.

was having the same prob. and tools.php didn't really help
just change your

$config['Misc']['cookieprefix'] = 'bb';
to 
$config['Misc']['cookieprefix'] = 'bb1';
in your config.php will rewrite the cookie key

and have you log in back to admincp
