I'm not sure what you mean. Do you want to physically remove all soft-deleted posts?

Being an admin you should still be able to see the soft deleted posts in a thread.
On the right side of the entry it will say Manage, click that link, then it opens up your 3 choices
leave it deleted
undelete it or restore it
physically remove it
Choose physically remove and hit save changes.Comment

You can also see the soft deleted posts by going to your User CP and clicking on Deleted Posts on the left hand side.

In the Moderation > Deleted Items area, you may Sort Results by Title and just delete those posts in certain threads.
