My board's gotten to the point where I need help with customer service. However I'm reluctant to give super mods the Administrator keys, as it's easy for them to then delete entire forums, or worse.
Is it possible to give a class of mods the ability to edit a user's email address (for those many times when a user's email changes and they have no access to the old to reset their password...), the ability to change a user's password, the ability to change their usergroup? But deny them forum god powers? Outsourcing the mundane repetative work of cust. service is the goal, but not at the expense of forum security.
